He operates at the intersection of channel strategy, distribution design, and commercial execution, helping life sciences organizations develop scalable channel models, optimize gross-to-net performance, and successfully navigate complex commercialization challenges across specialty, rare disease, and cell and gene therapy markets.

His experience includes channel strategy, distribution and trade operations, specialty pharmacy, market access, launch readiness, fractional commercial leadership, implementation support, and strategic consulting across organizations including Johnson & Johnson, Centocor, EMD Serono, Rhone-Poulenc Rorer/Aventis, Cell Therapeutics, Solstice Neurosciences, Blue Fin Group, Protean, and Decision Resources/BioTrends.

Today, Paul serves as Founder and President of CDT Pharma Strategies, partnering with emerging, specialty, and established biopharmaceutical manufacturers to develop and implement channel, distribution, and trade strategies that improve commercial execution and create long-term value across the product lifecycle.
