05

How It Works

How the Roundtable works.

1

Apply for membership

Independent senior life sciences consultants apply for selective membership. Every application is reviewed directly by the Founder & Chair for experience, mindset, and fit with the collaborative nature of the Roundtable.

2

Founder conversation

If there is mutual fit, you’ll have a 30-minute 1:1 conversation to discuss your consulting practice, goals, expertise, and how you could contribute to the network.

3

Join the waitlist

Accepted applicants are placed on the membership waitlist and invited to join as a seat opens in the current or next cohort of 20, gaining structured peer roundtables, working sessions, visibility opportunities, and a trusted network of independent senior biotech and pharma consultants.

Membership

Membership is selective by design.

The Roundtable is intentionally curated to preserve trust, seniority, and practical value. It is not a generic directory, job board, or open networking group.

Founding Member
$125/month
Billed annually at $1,500 per year. Membership is offered in cohorts of 20, and every member joins at the same flat rate.
Less than one billable hour per month, for guidance and access most consultants spend years building on their own.
  • Monthly 90-minute roundtable discussions
  • Mid-month working sessions & workshops
  • Private access to the Founder & Chair
  • The Roundtable Brief & intelligence ecosystem
  • Executive peer collaboration across biotech & pharma
Apply for Membership

Membership opens in cohorts of 20. Accepted applicants are placed on a waitlist and invited to join as the next seat opens; when a cohort fills, a new cohort opens at the same flat rate.

Every application is reviewed personally by the Founder & Chair. Membership is opened in cohorts of 20 to keep the group small, senior, and genuinely collaborative.

Why Now

Why the model is timely.

The company need

Companies need senior life sciences expertise without always adding full-time overhead.

The consultant need

Independent executives need trusted peers, market visibility, and relevant referral relationships.

The Roundtable model

The Roundtable connects those two needs through a vetted consultant network, not a generic marketplace.

The result

Sharper consultants, faster company access to expertise, and more trusted matches.

Questions
